Plum 2% Niacinamide & Rice Water Clear Moisture Gel Cream is an all-day non-sticky, gel moisturizer packed with brightening 2% Niacinamide, blemish-clearing Rice Water extract, sebum-regulating MatmarineTM (a unique biotech ingredient) and the hydrating Cactus Water. The ingredients help moisturize without excess oiliness and help regulate sebum overproduction, giving a smooth, matte finish to skin. Rich in potent antioxidants and amino acids, the cactus water also strengthens the skin barrier making it plumper. The gel-cream texture of the product feels light on skin and absorbs fast, leaving a non-greasy, non-sticky after-feel for hours.
